Lake Eufaula: Hauling Boats, Gear and Everything Else

Lake Eufaula sits on the Chattahoochee between Alabama and Georgia and it generates real traffic — tournament fishing, recreational boating, and everything that travels with both. Combine that with the farming across Barbour and Henry counties and you get buyers whose trailer has to do two quite different jobs.

The dual-use problem

A boat has its own trailer. What people need alongside it is somewhere to put everything else: rods, tackle, coolers, a generator, gear that has to stay dry, and often an ATV or side-by-side for the property.
