Condition, in order of impact
- 1**The floor.** Soft spots or water damage are the single biggest value killer, because floor replacement is significant work.
- 2**The roof and seams.** Evidence of leaks, past or present.
- 3**Frame condition.** Surface rust is normal in Georgia humidity. Structural rust, bent members or repaired impact damage are not.
- 4**Doors and hardware.** A ramp that does not operate smoothly or barn doors that need forcing show hard use.
- 5**Tires and axles.** Replaceable, and their condition tells a buyer how the trailer was cared for.
